Rev. Dr. Issac Manning, Jr., the seventh of ten children, is the son of the late Deacon Issac and Mother Betty Manning born in the Wacissa community of Jefferson County Florida.  He is a competent Leader, dynamic supervisor, a talented singer, a gifted and anointed preacher and teacher and a humble Man of God.

 Dr. Manning attended Wacissa Elementary school, Howard Academy Middle School and graduated from Jefferson High School.  He earned an A.A. Degree from Christian Heritage Bible College in Tallahassee and pursued further studies at Thomas Brown Bible College in Jacksonville, Florida.  On December 15, 2015, he received his Doctor of Divinity. 

After answering the call to Ministry in March of 1991, Dr. Manning began his Pastoral Ministry in September 1991 and was assigned to Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in  Capps, Florida.  While serving as Pastor at Mount Pleasant, he was called to his hometown in February 1997 to also lead Beth Page Missionary Church (BPMBC) in Wacissa, Florida.  In November 1998, Dr. Manning yield to God’s call and became the full-time Pastor of BPMBC.  Under Dr. Manning’s leadership, the BPMBC Family has grown spiritually, financially and in membership.  In 2018, Dr. Manning was selected as Second Vice President of the Florida General Baptist Convention, Inc., under the leadership of Dr. C.P. Preston, Jr.

Dr. Manning is a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.  He has been married to Evangelist Constance Brockman Manning for 34 years and they are the proud parents of three wonderful children: Shametra, LaMeka and Issac Manning III. They are also the proud grandparents of Master Jesse James Banks (JJ) and Master Keir Judah (KJ).
